Pallet Strapping Machine - VP2 - the low cost solution to efficient pallet strapping.

The VP2 Standard Pallet Strapping Machine will simultaneously place two straps over the top - down the back - and thru pallet voids in 6 - 10 seconds, making the slow backaching job of feeding the straps by hand obselete.

In fact, these strapping machines enable a pallet be manually strapped in as little as 40 seconds, making the job not only safer and easier, but very fast. These mobile units will operate anywhere - are manufactured to suit specific applications,  and are very easy to operate.

Simply pull strap from the top gantry down to the automatic strap gripper located in the toe of the fork and 'swipe it' with one hand into the gripper. Push the unit into the pallet to place the straps around the pallet - Strap Pokas have 'floating forks' so there are no wheels underneath to bump over bottom pallet boards, and very little effort is required. Move to the front of the pallet and pull the protruding strap from the gripper - automatically releases - reach overhead for the other side of the strap loop - and place both straps into a strapping tool to tension, seal and cut the strap in the usual manner.
