Just one push simultaneously applies and holds three straps around pallets of Chemical Drums
This pallet strapping machine was manufactured by The Plastic Strapping Company Ltd for one of the world's largest Chemical Manufacturers that puts product into steel and plastic drums, and then palletises them using two horizontal and one vertical polyester strap. The straps are pre-draped across the unit which is then simply pushed into the pallet to simultaneously place all three straps in position around the packs. Previously this job was taking up 3-4 minutes per pallet but with the H2SAVP1 Pallet Strapping Machine it takes just 60 seconds from start to finish. Such was the immediate improvement in production the customer ordered a second unit within one month of receiving the first unit
